Sake made with rice from the mountains in the middle basin of the Shimanto River and water from the headwaters of the Kurozon River, which is considered the most beautiful of the Shimanto River's tributaries. This is a true local sake made with local rice and water. The rice is not sake brewing rice, but edible Hinohikari rice, and the water is from the Kurozon River where the rice was grown, making this an interesting type of sake that is hard to produce with sake brewing rice.
