Karakuchiotokozake Junpei

味わいの特徴

It is named after Junpei, the main character in the late Yusuke Aoyagi's masterpiece "Tosa no Ipponzuri," which is set in his hometown of Kure. It is a very dry special honjozo sake brewed with famous water from the headwaters of the Shimanto River, and is suitable for warming sake with a refreshing taste.
