- Unlike normal sake aging, "Chokyu -5°C" is aged slowly in an ice cellar at -5°C without rushing. In contrast to the fruity aroma, which is not typical of aged sake, the taste is softly sweet in the mouth, but the acidity also has a strong presence, creating a cohesive taste due to the aging process. This is truly a "fantastic sake" created by Nakano BC. In this 85th anniversary year of the company, we are proud to present the carefully aged "Chokyu -5°C".
