味わいの特徴

This sake is made by soaking and aging local soldums from the Southern Alps in luxurious junmai sake. The fresh fruit aroma, acidity, and sweetness match each other to give the sake a slightly reddish color. It is best served cold as is or on the rocks. This product is not filtered to preserve the flavor of the fruit. Therefore, it contains some pulp and other ingredients.
