味わいの特徴

The third generation purchased the trademark from a brewery in Aichi Prefecture. It has been loved by the locals. The main trademark is "Chiyonohana," but the predecessor was concerned that the sake was not used only for celebratory occasions, so he started selling "Nouyo" without the "flower" in it. However, it is now loved by the locals for a wide range of occasions from quaint retro retellings to celebrations!
