味わいの特徴
Slightly dry, slightly mellow This Daiginjo-junmaishu is brewed with Aomori's "Hanamoi" rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and "Mahoroba Gin", a yeast developed by Aomori Prefecture that brings out the best of Hanamoi rice, and brewed at low temperature fermentation in the severe cold of Aomori. It has a gorgeous heady aroma, and when sipped, the full flavor of the rice is brought out fully, and the rich aroma spreads in harmony. We recommend serving it chilled or at room temperature.
