Fukurotsurishizukudoritobingakoi jummaidaiginjo Joppari
- The rice is polished to 40% "Hanasoi", which is Aomori Prefecture's recommended rice for sake brewing, and the mash is fermented at a low temperature, then the drops of sake that naturally drip down from the mash are collected and laid down slowly in the brewery to perfect the flavor. It is a Junmai Daiginjo-shu with an elegant aroma and the full flavor of "Hanasoi" rice.
