味わいの特徴
It was introduced in 2012 as a sister product of Pure Black. It uses the same sake rice, milling ratio, and koji mold as Pure Black, with the only difference being the yeast. Pure Black is characterized by its reserved aroma, juicy acidity like citrus fruits, and sharpness like a Japanese sword, while Pure Black is characterized by its rich aroma and mild taste. It is up to the drinker to choose which he or she prefers.
