味わいの特徴
This is a genuine junmai sake that has the three key elements of flavor, richness, and aroma. It has a mildly sour aroma of sour cream and yogurt, and a sweet aroma like almonds, rather than the so-called "fruity" flavor that is so popular nowadays. Although there is a slight bitterness characteristic of grains, the deep flavor and full sweetness are well balanced by the fine acidity, making it perfect for a mealtime sake. It is also a perfect accompaniment to well-seasoned dishes. Winner of the Gold Award in the premium heated sake category at the National Heated Sake Contest 2021. Recommended lukewarm (40°C) for a fuller flavor, but also recommended served cold or on the rocks!
