- This is a new Junmai Ginjo from the Shoryu No Mai series. This sake is brewed with "Isehikari," a miraculous rice born in the Jingu Jingu field of Ise Jingu Shrine, and "Hidahomare" from Gifu, polished to 50%. The image of this sake is that of an aromatic, easy-drinking sake with a hint of acidity, aiming to be a friend to food. We recommend drinking it cold or at room temperature, but not too cold. After six months, it can also be served lukewarm.
