味わいの特徴

Based on 2005 Kishu Nanko Umeshu, an assemblage of Umeshu slowly aged in sherry, bourbon and whiskey casks, and Umeshu soaked in sake. Fruity, with a soft, raisiny acidity and mild sweetness of sherry casks. Powerful bourbon barrels with sweet aromas of vanilla and caramel, stimulating acidity, and crisp sweetness. Whiskey casks with a beautiful and elegant aged aroma, clear and clean acidity and sweetness. The complex aroma of these sherry, bourbon, and whiskey casks and the elegant aroma of fully ripe plum wine swell richly in the mouth. We recommend drinking it straight, especially on the rocks!
