Chitosekuru" Japanese sake was born in 1872 in Sapporo, a city with abundant snow-clear water, which is ideal for sake brewing. It has won gold medals at the National New Sake Competition for 14 consecutive years, and has also won gold every year at the Hokkaido New Sake Competition, making it one of the best ginjo breweries in the country. Today, we are the only sake brewery in Sapporo, and we actively use "Ginpu" sake rice produced in Hokkaido, aiming to brew sake that makes the most of local Hokkaido ingredients.
