酒蔵について: Founded in 1896, the brewery is located in the northwestern part of the prefecture, in a rural area blessed with subsoil water from the Funagata mountain range, which has beech forests, and is designated as a heavy snowfall area during the brewing season. Today, the brewery is led by a seventh-generation master brewer who has inherited the traditional skills of the Nanbu Touji. The concept of sake brewing is "Simple is best. We believe that simple things are difficult to convey immediately, but they are truly good things that will be loved for a long time, and we try to brew sake with care, valuing the basics and not being influenced by fads and fads.
