- Moritami Sake Brewery Honke was founded in 1849 and has a brewery in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture. Since its establishment, the brewery has continued to make sake by the Nanbu Touji method, utilizing the tradition of handmade sake. The sake is characterized by its rich, mellow, and flavorful taste, which only handmade sake can have. The sake rice used is "KURA NO HANA" produced in Miyagi Prefecture and other sake rice from the Tohoku region, aiming to produce sake that is both light and flavorful. (KURAND)
