A buckwheat noodle restaurant that is particular about "freshly peeled, freshly dried, freshly boiled" soba noodles. The finely sliced, elegant soba noodles are served with a thick broth that uses no chemical seasonings. The dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) is also excellent.
