酒蔵について
Founded in 1794 (Kansei 6), this is a long-established sake brewery with a tradition of over 200 years. The brewery is committed to producing sake that makes the most of the characteristics of Aizu's sake rice. We hope to create a new market for our sake while preserving the traditional methods used by the Aizu Toji, which are suited to the climate of Aizu.

地元おすすめの宿

Irori no Yado Ashina

This is a clean, Showa-era retro inn. The most enjoyable thing about this inn is the meals served in the sunken hearth. After a hot spring bath using local spring water, you can enjoy a glass of locally brewed sake recommended by the inn or organic wine from the cellar with your meal. The meals made with a variety of carefully selected ingredients are sure to be a memorable part of your trip to Aizu.
