- In February 2021, a brewery was established in Odaka, Fukushima Prefecture, a town whose population was temporarily reduced to zero due to the evacuation caused by the nuclear power plant accident, and since July 2023, a brewery has also been operating in the neighboring town of Namie. With the desire to "make sake brewing more freely," the brewery has created a modern expression of the "doburoku" culture and recipes of the past. We are making sake freely, transcending the boundaries of genres. Through our own business, we seriously aim to restore an autonomous local culture and a culture of free sake making.
