- Hououbiden" has been brewed along with the history of Nikko. The brewery is located in Mitamura, a rich land with rice fields as far as the eye can see and abundant groundwater pumped up roaring from many wells here and there. We cherish our mission and desire to convey the climate of this blessed Mitamura through our sake. We brew sake characterized by a bright, smooth texture, an early attack with a sweet taste of rice, a top peak of flavor, and a muscat-based ginjo aroma. We brew and deliver "Hououmida," a sake that is like an orchestra, where the unique tones of each brewer's individuality come together to form a harmony.
