- Established in 1951. We use medium-hard water from the Ayukawa and Kannryu Rivers that flow through Fujioka. Nagareki is a new brand launched in 2008 by the current CEO Hiroyuki Matsubara. The standard Nagareki Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama, which is made mainly from Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice and has a gentle aroma and flavor, Nagareki Momoiro, which is sweet and sour with red yeast, and Junmai Daiginjo Morpho, which is inspired by a blue butterfly, are all made by "a small sake brewery that spares no effort in small brewing processes, and carefully weaves ideas and innovations" so that the younger generation can drink them. We are a small sake brewery, but we brew new sake that adapts to the times by mixing ideas and ingenuity.

The owner and proprietress love Gunma, even though they are located in Asakusa, Tokyo. We are designated as a cooperative store for the sale of agricultural and livestock products from Gunma Prefecture. Please enjoy Ryuki in a relaxed Japanese atmosphere.
The brewery is also a good friend of mine. It is a recommended restaurant in Takasaki. Please enjoy our Tanshin Kuni Chicken, Harima Chicken, Akagi Chicken, and Shingen Chicken carefully grilled over Tosa Binchotan charcoal with Ryuki. Please enjoy our Harima, Akagi, and Shingen chicken.
