- Founded in Ogawa-machi, Saitama Prefecture in 1900. In 1900, seeking the advantage of the land and water, the brewery was established along the road in Fukaya-juku, Nakasendo. Since then, the brewery has been well known for many years as Fukaya's local sake, with a brick chimney over 20 meters tall as its symbol. In 2007, Hideyuki Takizawa, the sixth generation head of the brewery, succeeded his predecessor, the Nanbu Touji, and became the Touji himself. With the traditions handed down from generation to generation as his foundation, he continues to take on new challenges, incorporating new techniques and values. Under the slogan of "innovation in handcrafting," in recent years the company has focused on developing authentic sparkling sake.

A long-established ryotei restaurant in Fukaya, with an abundance of local and seasonal ingredients. There is also a large banquet hall that can accommodate a banquet of 100 people.
Urimbo (Saitama City)
All of the sake handled is from Saitama Prefecture, and most of the ingredients are also from Saitama. In 2022, the restaurant will be relocated from the former Urawa City to the former Omiya City, where one can enjoy drinks and food in a relaxed atmosphere.
