Founded in 1948 in Kosudo, Niigata City. It is a small brewery with a production of 200 koku (1 koku = 180 bottles). Because it is impossible to be assured of the safety of our products unless they are within our sight, we do not increase the production volume, but rather take our time and care in brewing sake. Because sake is something that the drinker decides whether it is good or not after drinking it, the brewery dares not disclose its specifications. The sake is characterized by a fine, clear, elegant sweetness like wasanbon, which overturns the image of Niigata sake.
