We operate a sake brewery in the Otsumi area in the western part of Nagaoka City with the motto of "quality first. The quality of sake we aim for is a sake that has a strong flavor and can be enjoyed every evening without getting tired of drinking it. Natural water (soft water) drawn from a side well in the mountains behind the brewery is used for brewing, and the rice is mainly locally grown rice suitable for sake brewing, milled to a high degree of whiteness by the brewery's own milling process.
