- A sake brewery with 300 years of history in the snow country of Uonuma. The brewery was founded in 1717. Aoki Sake Brewery's sake, represented by "Tsururei," is produced with the blessings of the snow country and the traditional skills of the Echigo Touji. Aoki Sake Brewery aims to produce "light and delicious" sake that retains the original flavor of the rice used to make it, and we intend to pass on the taste of our sake for the next 100 years.
