A restaurant in the Furumachi area of Niigata where you can enjoy superb Japanese cuisine that focuses on the finest ingredients and brand-name sake from Echigo. You can enjoy seafood directly from Sado Island, first-class "Murakami beef" with its superb marbling, and brand-name sake from Echigo-Tsumari. Seasonal ingredients are also recommended, but the quality is high from the appetizers.
