Located near the mountains on the outskirts of Tokamachi City, the brewery brews sake mainly with rice from Niigata Prefecture and the subsoil water of the Shinano River. The brewery is unique in Niigata Prefecture, which is known for its dry sake. The Uonuma region is blessed with heavy snowfall but is also blessed with nature thanks to the wisdom and efforts of the people of ancient times. Sake "Tenjinbayashi" is nurtured by the people living there.
