Sake brewing that spares no effort. The brewery has been in business for 175 years, and its traditional techniques are still alive and well. We hope to spread Kiminoi's products, along with the splendor of Myoko's natural environment, to the Tokyo metropolitan area and overseas, using sake made with rice grown in Myoko, Niigata, a rice-producing region where the best conditions for rice cultivation are available and where the water is lined with snow.
