Fukutsuru Sake Brewery is located in the scenic town of Yatsuo, which is situated high in the center of Toyama Prefecture, surrounded by the Tateyama mountain range and known throughout Japan for the annual Owara Kaze no Bon Festival, September 1-3. Founded in 1848, the brewery has a long tradition and history, and has continued to produce high quality sake since its founding with its favorable climate, famous water flowing from the 3,000-meter mountains, traditional techniques, and uncompromising dedication.
