Founded in 1916, we are a four-season brewery that brews sake throughout the year. The brewery brews sake every day based on the ideal of "brewing all sake with the same amount of time and effort as daiginjo. The name "Fubikiku" was given by the head priest of the family temple, and it expresses the desire for sake to be "as fragrant and beautiful as chrysanthemums," a representative sake of Toyama. Since its establishment, we have been striving to produce a representative sake of Toyama that lives up to the name "Fumikiku". As a local sake of Toyama, we are dedicated to brewing sake that makes the most of Toyama's rich natural environment. Toyama Prefecture is a treasure trove of famous water, with a total of eight sites selected as one of the 100 best water sources in the Showa and Heisei eras. Fumikiku Sake Brewery uses natural water from the Tateyama mountain range and sake rice grown in Toyama Prefecture. We put in a lot of time and effort. Even though it may seem like a brusque way of doing things, it is all for the sake of making good sake. We are small in scale but strong in will and commitment to quality sake brewing.

This auberge is limited to 3 groups per day. It is located in Nanto City, close to Gokayama, famous for its World Heritage Gassho-Zukuri architecture. The inn was awarded the Hokuriku Hospitality Prize by Gault et Millau.

You can view the Kurobe Valley from the hinoki frame in the hinoki open-air bath. This is a traditional ryokan where you can relax and unwind.
