Founded in 1925. The local port of Uozu was the base for the North Sea fishing fleet, which was crowded with salmon and trout boats, and it is said that the brewery named its brand "North Sea" in honor of its prosperity. Since then, we have continued to produce sake that goes well with seafood, living up to the name of our brand, using abundant underground water from the Tateyama mountain foot system, Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture, and Toyama Prefecture's first independently developed sake rice, Osan-Nishiki.
