Kazuma Shuzo is a brewery located in Noto Town, Ishikawa Prefecture, which is blessed with the natural beauty of the sea and mountains. We use rice grown in Noto for all of our sake and natural water from the mountains of the former Yanagida Village for our brewing water. Our business is supported by the nature of Noto, which is the foundation of our livelihood. Therefore, we protect the beautiful satoyama and satoumi of Noto and pass them on to the next generation. Our mission is to enhance the attractiveness of Noto through brewing.
