- Sake "Bon" is characterized by the fact that it is made exclusively from pure rice sake with no additives. The brewery brews with one of the whitest polished rice in Japan, with an average rice polishing ratio of 34%. At the same time, all sake is aged for a long time in ice temperature before shipping. The sake is aged and stored in negative temperatures for a maximum of 10 years or more, or at least one year at the shortest, to ensure that the real "flavor" is imparted before shipping. Brahma is currently exported to 108 countries around the world. It has also won numerous top awards at international sake competitions.
