酒蔵について
The name "Taikan" is derived from "Taikan," which is said to be worn by a military officer who has risen in the world to celebrate his success in the future. Taikan" is a sake named in this way to match celebratory occasions. It was founded in 1877 and has a history of over 120 years. The brewery is located in the Southern Alps, in a clean environment, and produces the gold medal-winning sake "Taikan Daiginjo" under the leadership of Yoshimitsu Kikuchi (Suwa Toji), who became the toji at the age of just 32. The flexible sensibility of youth, polished skills, and teamwork are the key to Suwa Touji's success. The teachings of Shingen Takeda, who aimed to build a nation through human harmony, are alive and well here.
