Ono has all the essential elements for sake brewing. Ono is 810 meters above sea level, with pure, clean water flowing from Mount Kirikawasan. The best rice, the best water, and the best environment produce delicious sake. We brew with the hope of conveying the charm of Ono to as many people as possible through sake brewing. We have remained in Ono since our establishment in Genji 1, and have been brewing sake together with Ono. We brew sake through daily trial and error so that our creations, which are filled with our thoughts and feelings, can bring a little happiness to the daily lives of as many people as possible. Sake is only complete when people drink it. Our thoughts and feelings create the bond of sake, which then connects us to our customers and creates a relationship with them. With this in mind, we continue to stand at the brewery today as we have since the company's founding.
