Shinanonishiki has been brewing under the theme of "expressing the great nature of Shinshu". We would be happy if you could feel the great nature of Shinshu through our sake brewing. In this website, we look back on our history of sake brewing, from the development of preservative-free sake to the contract cultivation of raw rice, all pure rice brewing, and low-polished pure rice sake that uses raw rice with care.
