Nanasho Shuzo was founded in 1892. We have been brewing sake for over 130 years with the pure water and cold climate of Kiso-machi, Nagano Prefecture, and the reliable skills that have been passed down from generation to generation. We value the taste of our sake, which we never get tired of even if we drink it every day. We brew sake that goes well with food and fits naturally into daily life, without being bound by easy-to-understand categories such as sweetness and spiciness. We also focus on "challenging sake brewing" with an annual theme, pursuing unprecedented flavors and new possibilities as a food sake. We are also developing products that go beyond the framework of sake, such as buckwheat shochu and liqueurs made from locally grown blueberries in Kiso, and are proposing new ways to enjoy sake that are linked to local agricultural products. We will continue to actively participate in domestic and international sake contests, and while cherishing our traditions, we will continue to brew sake that brings smiles to our customers' faces as a brewery that responds flexibly to changes of the times.
