- Founded in 1888, the brewery has a history of over 100 years in Matsumoto City. The brand name "Fukashi Tsuru" comes from the ancient Fukashi Castle (now Matsumoto Castle, a national treasure). As the name suggests, it is a local sake from the castle town of Matsumoto that has long been loved by the locals. It is recommended as a souvenir of Matsumoto.
