The Kashimayari, Gyagatake, and Renge peaks of the Ushiro-Tateyama mountain range in the Northern Alps are visible to the west, and the confluence of the Kashima River, Kagogawa River, and Takase River, which originates from the Kashimayari, Kagogawa, and Renge peaks, is where Kitaan Brewery has been established for over ninety years in Nishina no Sato. Hokyasu Okuni" is a locally brewed sake produced at the foot of the North Alps. Hokian Okuni is a sake that is known for its sweet taste. Based on the traditional brewing techniques unique to Daikoku, we work hard every day to bring out the full flavor of the natural sweetness of the sake.
