- Yoro (Yoro Town, Gifu Prefecture), home to the Yoro Waterfalls, famous for the legend of Takako, a child born of sake, has long been known as a village of great water. Blessed with limpid, soft water from the Yoro mountain range, sake is brewed with super soft water that is soft on the palate and never gets old. We have developed our own production facilities and are challenging ourselves to innovate with reproducible technology. We are committed to further improving the quality of our sake by focusing on saccharification with time-consuming koji molding, in pursuit of "delicious sake" that is truly appreciated for its "taste" and ideal "sake with dignity.
