- Yoro (Yoro Town, Gifu Prefecture), home to the Yoro Waterfalls, famous for the legend of Takako, a child who was born with a love of sake, has long been known as a village of great water. Blessed with limpid, soft water from the Yoro mountain range, sake is brewed with super soft water that is soft on the palate and never gets old. We have developed our own production facilities and are striving for reproducible technological innovation, and we are committed to further improving the quality of our sake by focusing on the saccharification of koji, which requires a lot of time and effort.
