This sake brewery boasts a 140-year history in the minato-machi of Owari-Tsushima, also known as "Nobunaga's Kitchen. The brewery produces sake with the skills of the 7th generation head of the brewery and the Nanbu Touji. The brewery skillfully blends modern quality control with preservation of the traditional handmade quality to create a full-bodied sake that brings out the full flavor of the rice.
