- Sekiya Brewery was founded in 1864 in Shitara-cho, Aichi Prefecture, in the rich natural environment of Okumikawa. Under the slogan of "from rice field to the table", aiming at the terroir of Okumikawa, the company aims not only to produce "Houraisen" itself, but also to provide an experience of the whole process from rice farming to the table, We are engaged in agriculture as part of our efforts to "let people enjoy the whole process from rice production to the table as an experience. Although our efforts are modest, we would like to protect the local agriculture and pursue the richness of food that makes the most of local characteristics.
