- Founded in 1867 (Keio 3). The brewery is located in Kawashima-cho, Yokkaichi City, at the foot of the Suzuka Mountains in Hokusei, Mie Prefecture. The brewery is blessed with a favorable climate, and the brewing water still flows out of the ground. Mie-no-Kanbai" is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice, which is suitable for sake brewing, and the brewery is committed to local production for local consumption. The company continues to take on the daily challenge of introducing sake lovers as well as those who have never had sake before to the joys of sake. We are working on the development of new local sake based on the principle of providing products that satisfy our customers.

This Japanese kappo restaurant is located about a 5-minute walk from Yokkaichi Station. You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at reasonable prices. We have our "Mie-no-Kanbai" (Mie's cold plum) and other sake that you cannot find anywhere else, so please come and visit us when you come to Yokkaichi.
