酒蔵について
In 1892, Eizaburo Takeshima founded Takejima Brewery in Koka City, Shiga Prefecture, in the heart of the former Tokaido Highway at Mizuguchijuku, and began brewing sake under the name Takejima Honke. The company's core trademark, "Laughing Season," was named by Senjiro Takeshima, the second generation of the company's founder. Sake is the food of a joyful life and a lubricant that brings people together. It is said that "Sake is the food we need to live a happy life, and it serves as a lubricant to bond people with each other. It also expresses the spirit of brewing beautiful sake that makes you smile when you sip it.
