- At Matsunotsu no Tsukasa, we always want to be true to ourselves in our sake brewing. To be "Matsu-no-Mochi" begins with the selection of local ingredients such as locally grown sake rice and brewing water that is drawn from 120 meters underground. We are grateful for the land of Ryuoh, and carefully brew our sake so that our customers can feel the atmosphere of the brewery and the countryside.
