The brewery is called Matsumoto, which grows Yamadanishiki in the Tojo area of Hyogo Prefecture and produces a sake called Mori-Ba-ri in Kyoto. Our goal is to create the ultimate food sake that accompanies the food culture. And not only food culture, but also to preserve tradition as a company loved by everyone in Fushimi, Kyoto. We are proud to work at this brewery, which has been certified as a Heritage of Industrial Modernization and registered as a Tangible Cultural Property, and we make it our mission to pass on this heritage to future generations.
