酒蔵について: Founded in 1979, this sake brewery is located in Maizuru City, the "Kyoto of the Sea" facing the Sea of Japan. The production of sake was suspended for a while, but was revived in 2006. Currently, the wife of the brewery's president is the toji (chief brewer), and the couple and their reliable staff are making sake. The brewery uses only locally grown rice and carefully produces small quantities of junmai (pure rice) sake without adding any unnecessary ingredients.
