- This sake brewery was founded at the end of the Edo period and is located in Katano City, Osaka Prefecture. Approximately 90% of the total production volume is Tokutei Meishu, of which 40% is released as "Harazake. The water is from the abundant subsoil water of the Ikoma mountain range, and the rice used is high quality sake rice mainly from the local Kansai region. It has won the Gold Award at the National New Sake Competition seven times between 2010 and 2021.
