With the brewery's philosophy of "making junmai sake that resonates with the heart, brewed by the climate and people of Banshu," and taking advantage of its location in the Banshu Plain, one of the largest sake rice-producing areas in Japan, the brewery has been producing only junmai sake for over 25 years using only high quality rice grown and harvested in Kasai City, which is not far from the brewery. The brewery offers new junmai sake that is always close to people's daily lives, such as low-alcohol junmai sake, elegant sake made by a unique process, junmai cooking sake, and liqueur-based junmai sake.
