- Since 2004, Nada Kiku has had a master brewer system, with the brewer's third daughter, Kosa Kawaishi, serving as the master brewer. The brewery carefully selects mainly "Yamada-Nishiki" and "Hyogo-Yume-Nishiki" from Hyogo Prefecture, and brews them by hand with great care in small batches. Under the motto of "Harmony of Sake and Food Culture," we aim to create sake that can be enjoyed as a food sake.
