酒蔵について
As a long-established sake brewer, the company was engaged in the brewing business under the brand name "Daisekai" in the early Meiji period. However, due to the government's corporate development during the Showa War, the company was forced to merge with a leading local brewery. After the war, miso and soy sauce brewers in Himeji invested in the company in order to enhance sake culture and play a role in Nada Gogo. The brewing business was restarted under the name of "Fukutsuru," a famous sake brewery. Today, the brewery focuses on ginjo-shu (ginjo sake), brewed in a small brewery and brewed in a manner similar to handmade sake. One of the representative brands, "Kuzo," was newly born from a place on the rubble of a warehouse that collapsed in the 1995 earthquake, where he mumbled, "I can only see the sky.... The name "Kuzo" was born from the mumbled words "I can only see the sky..." on the rubble of the brewery destroyed by the 1995 earthquake. The brewery is a tourist brewery that pursues the essence of traditional Nada sake, never mass-produces sake, and offers fresh sake throughout the year.
