Kirenai is a Japanese restaurant in Sannomiya, Kobe. Enjoy kappo cuisine that makes full use of seasonal ingredients such as bamboo shoots and sayori in spring, sweetfish and pike conger eel in summer, matsutake mushrooms and akitogi in fall, and blowfish and anglerfish in winter, together with sake and shochu. The "Miyazaki Jidori Chicken thigh grilled with salt" and other dishes are cooked over a charcoal fire, The aroma of the bichotan charcoal and the exquisite heat bring out the original flavor of the chicken and the deliciousness of the ingredients.

Khyentsan

Arima Onsen is famous as the oldest hot spring in Japan, with a legend that it was discovered by the gods in ancient times and has been passed down from generation to generation. The name was mentioned in the Manyoshu, the oldest anthology of Japanese poetry, and it has passed down its long tradition and prosperity to the present day.
